PRESIDENT Jane Hoosen-Owen and members of the Inner Wheel Club of Ramsey recently donated 31 ‘baby bundles’, and 10 hand knitted blankets for premature babies to Steve and Alison Taylor of the Drop Inn Ministries.

The blankets, together with the baby bundles, each made up of a blanket, towel, sheets, nappies and clothes, with a toy and toiletries will be taken by road in a lorry driven by Mr Taylor to the Children’s Surgical Hospital in Minsk, Belarus.

Mr and Mrs Taylor have been involved in humanitarian work since 1999.

Drop Inn Ministries, based at North Shore Road, Ramsey, have supported the hospital in Minsk for many years - children in Belarus are still badly affected by the fallout from the Chernobyl reactor.
