In accordance with the aforementioned Orders and Regulations, the above planning applications have been validated for consideration. A laminated Site Notice has been sent to the applicant for displaying at the site. Copies of the applications are available for viewing at the Planning Office, via the appropriate Local Authority, or can be viewed and commented on online (by visiting the Isle of Man Government’s online services https://www.gov.im/onlineservices/.)

Any persons wishing to make written representations should direct them to the Secretary to the Planning Committee, Planning and Building Control Division, Department of Infrastructure, Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas IM1 2SF, ensuring that such comment is submitted by 15th March 2013.

Please be aware that all written representations will be available for PUBLIC scrutiny and will form part of any proceedings arising in connection with the application.

Persons submitting written representations should, clearly indicate the relationship between their land or buildings and the application site and give details of their interest in the subject matter of the application.

PUBLIC MEETINGS OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE

The next public meeting of the Planning Committee is to be held at 10.00am on 25th February 2013, at the Ground Floor Meeting Room, Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas, Isle of Man.

Copies of the agenda for the meeting are available at the Department or from the Department’s website http://www.gov.im/transport/planning/meetings.xml at least three working days prior to the meeting. Copies are also circulated to the Local Authorities.

Members of the public and applicants are welcome to attend the meeting but are reminded that they will not be able to address the Committee.
