SILVER Star Estate (PCC) Ltd, 29 Buck’s Road, Douglas, sold unit 15 Snugborough Estate, Braddan, for £405,000 to Teal Services Ltd, Cronk-y-Chree, Ballakinnagh Road, Smeale, Andreas.

This and the following property transactions were recently recorded at the General Registry in Douglas.

The Trustees of the estate of Greta Roberts sold 19 Greeba Avenue, Glen Vine, Marown, for £340,000 to Lee Darbyshire and Claire Ann Creer, 27 Close Cowley, Douglas.

Benjamin John Wood and Joanne Karran Wood sold 154 Fairway Crescent, Santon, for £294,851, to Selective Properties Ltd, Dandara Group, Head Office, Cooil Road, Braddan.

Ann Clague sold 27 Kissack Road, Castletown, for £278,000 to Barry David Romans and Charlote Louise Duggan, Flat 4, 8 Belmont Terrace, Douglas.

Christine Mason-Bunn sold 39 Baldrine Park, Lonan, for £260,000 to Simon John Pressley and Lynn Pressley, Ashwood, Ballameannagh Road, Baldrine.
