ISLE of Man Newspapers’ premises in Peel Road, Douglas, have been sold for £2.5 million.

The following are the latest property transactions to be recorded at the General Registry, Douglas:

Isle of Man Newspapers Ltd, sold premises in Peel Road, Douglas, for £2,500,000 to Tynwald Pensions Ltd, Chatha Personal Pension Scheme by trustees Rajinder Singh Chatha and Melanie Carole Jacklin, Close House, Ballanard Green, Ballanard Road, Douglas.

Christopher Paul Miller and Anita Jayne Miller sold Lonsdale, Thorny Road, Douglas, for £395,000 to Ian Walter Powley and Victoria Jean Powley.

The Trustees of the estate of Audrey Northcote Parker sold 5 Riverside Road, Ramsey, for £375,000 to William Reginald Carey and his wife, Merrieweathers, Balllure Road, Ramsey.

George Donald Moyer and Marion Jones sold 45 Birch Hill Cresent, Onchan, for £238,000 to Laura Deborah Crutchley and Ryan Nicholas Forgie, Lhergy Cripperty, Union Mills, Braddan.

Brownsville Ltd, Dandara Group Head Office, Cooil Road, Braddan, sold 108 Castlemona Avenue, Douglas, for £100,000 to Wayne Dinham, 11 Balladoyne Estate, St John’s.
