Plot in Douglas sells for £1.3m
A PLOT of land in Douglas has been sold for £1.3 million.
St Stephen’s Society Ltd, Millennium House, Victoria Street, Douglas, sold a plot of land part of the estate of Burleigh, Douglas, for £1,300,000 to Hanover Developments Ltd, 16 Manor Park, Banks Howe, Onchan.
This and the following property transactions are the latest to have been recorded at the General Registry in Douglas.
Steven Peter Cowin and Helen Cowin sold 5 Tromode Heights, Douglas, for £525,000 to His Honour John William Corrin CBE and Dorothy Patricia Corrin OBE, 11 Devonshire Road, Douglas.
Christopher William Cook and his wife sold Sandpipers, Ballagale Avenue, Port Erin, for £517,500 to John Edward Brewis and his wife, Majolica, Ballagawne Road, Colby.
Stephen Paul O’Hare and Eve Jane O’Hare sold 8 Ballaughton Meadows, Douglas, for £510,000 to Stephen Edwin Fisk and Linda Marie Palmer Fisk, The Coach House, Harbour Road, Onchan.
Gwen Frances Tuck sold 11 Kallow Point Road, Port St Mary, for £400,000 to Jason Mark Roberts and Alison Dawn Roberts, 1 Park Road, Port St Mary.
The Trustees of the estate of Ernest John Reilly sold 97 KIng Edward Road, Onchan, for £460,000 to Ross Ellis and Christine Elaine Ellis, Maples, Tromode Road, Douglas.
Patrick James Morrin and Theresa Ann Morrin sold 3 Laurel Avenue, Onchan, for £400,000 to Craig Douglas Briars and Charlene Julie Harrison, 6 Rosehill Mews, Farmhill, Douglas.
