Deborah Ann Louise Awkal sold Creg-ny-Shee, Bradda West Road, Port Erin, for £400,000 to Kirsten Juliette Bennett, Southwinds, Trollaby Lane, Union Mills.

Other recent property transactions recorded at the General Registry in Douglas include:

Sylvester John Teare and Cristen Leona Teare sold 14 Cronk-y-Thatcher, Colby, for £350,000 to Peter Herbert Greggor and Valerie Greggor, Ardeen, Ballanass Road, Lower Foxdale.

Margaret Christian Jones sold 51 Selbourne Drive, Douglas, for £300,000 to Somerset Properties Ltd, Ballastowell Farm, Vicarage Road, Braddan.

Susan Mary Chadwick, Helen Mary Wilkinson, Jane Melanie Whittel and James Michael Whitham sold White Lodge, Leodost Road, Andreas, for £230,000 to George Jefferson Fletcher, 17 Ballaterson Fields, Ballaugh.

David Gerrard and Angela Gerrard sold 12 Hampton Grove, Douglas, for £215,000 to Michael David Kelly and Jillian Diane Kelly, 21a Farmhill Park, Douglas.

Paul John Sayle and Madeleine Sayle sold 13 Dumbell’s Terrace, Mines Road, Laxey, for £192,000 to David Robert Corlett and Simone Ann McCarney, Woodside, New Road, Laxey.

Candida Sarah Atcheson sold 17 Market Street, Peel, for £164,000 to Ian Chambers and his wife from Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
