Deborah Ann Louise Awkal sold Creg-ny-Shee, Bradda West Road, Port Erin, for £400,000 to Kirsten Juliette Bennett, Southwinds, Trollaby Lane, Union Mills.

Paul John Sayle and Madeleine Sayle sold 13 Dumbell’s Terrace, Mines Road, Laxey, for £192,000 to David Robert Corlett and Simone Ann McCarney, Woodside, New Road, Laxey.

Candida Sarah Atcheson sold 17 Market Street, Peel, for £164,000 to Ian Chambers and his wife from Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
