IT specialist MannageIT has won an award as best performing Apple authorised service provider ahead of competition from more than 140 other firms in the UK and Ireland.
The company says that winning the trophy meant it had scored 100 per cent across a wide range of standards covering quality of service, response and repair times, problem identification, issue resolution and technical ability.

Founder and managing director Tony Shipton was delighted to accept the award.

'To be voted number one Apple service provider in the UK and Ireland is a fantastic achievement from all our staff and is testament to the way we manage our customers' IT requirements,' he said.

Established in 2004 MannageIT is one of the few companies to offer authorised support for both Apple and Microsoft products, operating across both Mac and PC platforms.

In 2005 the Onchan-based company gained Apple accredited status and being able to offer their clients specialist diagnostic and hardware repair services for Apple products.
