I WRITE to express my appreciation to the bus company on the Isle of Man.
While travelling last week to Onchan laden with parcels and general shopping, as I stepped off the bus realised I’d left behind my handbag – woe is me! For we all know how important this item is to us ladies.
However presence of mind came into play and I quickly phoned the bus company, they in turn contacted the driver of said bus who located my handbag which I retrieved later once his shift had finished.
So much has been said regarding the drivers of late through various difficulties but my experience has shown in caring helpful staff on all counts.
