AFTER finishing a tour of more than 150 schools in the UK, vocal pop group EverYoung are set to return to the Isle of Man to perform at the Gaiety Theatre in Douglas on Sunday.

EverYoung first appeared on the radar of Manx fans in November last year when they performed at an X Factor charity concert held at the Villa Marina.

The event was organised by Junior Achievement Isle of Man which took the group into Castle Rushen and Ballakermeen High Schools during their stay.

Such was their popularity that EverYoung have been asked to return to the Isle of Man to hold their own concert.

They also plan to tour schools they did not get a chance to visit last time.

And fans of the group are in for a special treat – EverYoung will be holding a meet and greet session at the Villa Marina box office for anyone who buys a ticket for their concert between 10am and11.30am on Saturday.

The teen group will be donating some of the proceeds from their concert to Junior Achievement, whose chief executive Sue Cook said: ‘The work of our charity is about helping young people to succeed.

‘EverYoung are superb role models and show young people what they can achieve through hard work and dedication.’

She added: ‘Not only are they extremely talented individuals but they are also ambassadors for CyberSmile, a charity that raises awareness for bullying through social networks.’

The group – Hollie, Jack, Cherelle and Eyal – were signed to EMI label services/Seymour Place Music after graduating from the Sylvia Young Theatre School.

They now have more than 16,500 followers on their Facebook page.

Fans attending their concert, which starts at 3pm, can expect to hear new material along with covers of songs by well-known artists.

Tickets are available from the Villa Marina reception and the Sea Terminal Welcome Centre.

Alternatively, call the box office on 600555 and bu tickets online at www.villagaiety.com

They cost £10 for under-16s and £12 for adults. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
