The Gathering at the Gaiety

TICKETS are now on sale for The Gathering - Legends of Folk Rock at the Gaiety Theatre.

The touring show, brought to the Isle of Man by Jonno Promotions, is described as a 'who's who of folk-rock musicians'.

It features Clive Bunker (Jethro Tull, Pentangle), Jerry Donahue (Fairport Convention, Fotheringay), Ray Jackson (Lindisfarne), Matt Pegg (Procol Harum, Jethro Tull) and Doug Morter (The Albion Band, Magna Carta).

They will appear with special guest Kristina Donahue, who sang with former Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant at the Cropredy Festival 2008.

The show comes to the Gaiety Theatre in Douglas for one night only on June 27 at 7.30pm.

Support on the night comes from singer-songwriter Derrin Nauendorf and local guitar and mandolin duo Strengyn, comprising of Paul Rogers and Matt Kelly.

Tickets are available at early bird prices – 20 and 16 concessions – until tomorrow (May 30).

After that, they will be sold at the full price of 22 and 18 concessions. Group discounts are also available, offering 12 tickets for the price of 10.
