AXA Wealth International, the offshore division for AXA Wealth, has been praised and recognised in the marketplace for the introduction of their new ‘digital briefcase.’

The ‘briefcase’ is in fact a brochure containing all of the brand’s product literature.

In essence, the new QR code brochure provides QR codes which link to the PDF of the document by simply scanning the code from an iPad/iPhone, tablet, smart or android phone and automatically opening the document in the browser or iBooks.

Lesa Bates, international marketing manager for AXA Wealth International said: ‘Using QR codes gives our clients and advisers many benefits as financial advisers needn’t store, hold or carry with them all of our printed literature.

‘They now only need one brochure which instantly takes them to the document they are looking for, saving time and providing the most up to date information immediately.

‘Or you can simply email the QR code of the document needed, to a client, which can then be scanned on screen.’

Since its launch, the QR code brochure has attracted a large amount of fantastic feedback from both sales and press in the UK, including International Adviser, a leading industry magazine featuring a write up on this new technology on their homepage.

AXA Wealth International are understood to be one of the first to use and develop this new technology for their market.

A spokesman said the introduction of this QR code technology further emphasises the driving focus on continuing to improve and provide better customer service as well as being a forward thinking, innovative company.
