Signs for the Manx property market are looking good.
That’s the verdict of experts who took part in a roundtable discussion about the issue in the November edition of Business Word, the Isle of Man Examiner’s monthly business news features special.
The people who took part were:
Trevor Kirk of Lloyds Bank; Justin Snoxell of Lloyds Bank; Charlotte May of Burgess Salmon; Isobel Fisher of West Corporation; Andrew Thomas of Isle of Man Enterprises; Paul Kerruish of Dougherty Quinn; Richard Barrett of Colliers International; Tim Groves of Black Grace Cowley; and Steve Hawkins of Paradigm.
Business Word devotes four pages to the issue.
Among the signs that the market is picking up is the fact that Lloyds Bank has granted twice as many mortgages in the island this year compared with last year.
Business Word is a 16-page supplement inside this week’s Isle of Man Examiner, which is in the shops now.
