Chambers and Partners, which prides itself on the objectivity of its comme nt and the thoroughn ess of its market research, acknowledged the ability of Seth Caine, Peter Clucas, Robert Colquitt, Lindsey Bermingham and Gillian Christian who make up Cains’ commercial litigation department.

With reference to the depth and breadth of Cains’ litigation department’s skills and experience, Chambers interviewees noted the ‘spread of quality advocates who can represent [them] in a number of legal areas’.

The litigation team, which has more than 100 years’ combined experience, primarily handles complex commercial litigation, including corporate and shareholder claims, trust litigation, fraud recovery, injunctions and regulatory issues. It acts for a broad range of Isle of Man based and foreign clients, ranging from high net worth individuals to multi-national corporations, regulatory bodies and leading international law firms.

‘Our litigation team is extremely well placed to offer informed and well thought out tailored solutions.

‘We are delighted that once again the team’s professionalism has been recognised by such a respected publication.”
