Isle of Man based MPN, formerly called the Microgaming Poker Network, has a new name on board.

The MPN provides a poker offering to some of the eGaming industry’s best-known brands.

Now Red Star is now live on its network.

Red Star, owned and operated by RSP Entertainment N.V., was established in 2005.

Since its launch, Red Star has evolved to become a well-known brand within the European online gaming market.

After launching as an online poker site, its offering has expanded to deliver an all-encompassing range of services including sports betting, casino and live dealer.

Having completed a successful migration from its previous network, Red Star is now live on the MPN.

By moving to the MPN, Red Star will benefit from the network’s higher player liquidity and a greater choice of cash games and tournaments.

Maxim Brovko, director of operations at Red Star, said: ‘Through the MPN, our players now have access to a diverse range of promotions and exciting new features, as well as greater tournament prize pools, which will significantly increase their gaming experience.

‘This is an exciting time for Red Star’s poker offering.’

Lydia Melton, head of network games at Microgaming which is based in Circular Road, Dlouglas, said: ‘We are thrilled that Red Star has chosen the MPN; Red Star will reap all of the benefits from being a part of our network.

‘We’ve launched a flurry of exciting features in recent months, such as Blazing Cannon, which Red Star players will be able to enjoy. It’s a great time to be joining the MPN.’

No stranger to Microgaming, Red Star is already live on the Quickfire platform; its online casino is filled with many Microgaming classic slot titles such as Thunderstruck II and progressive jackpot game Mega Moolah.
