A PARCEL of land, part of the estate of Ballawattleworth in Peel, has been bought for £1.5 million.

This and other recent property transactions recorded at The General Registry, Douglas, are as follows:

Dunbrody Ltd, registered office The Red House, One The Parade, Castletown, sold a parcel of land, part of the estate of Ballawattleworth, for £1,565,925.93 to Ballawattleworth Developments Ltd, registered office Dandara Group Head Office, Isle of Man Business Park, Cooil Road, Braddan.

Michael Dee and his wife Carol Elizabeth Dee sold 27 Pinehurst Avenue, Douglas, for £440,000 to Parvus Ltd, registered office Atholl House, Hope Street, Douglas.

Raymond Alexander Nairn and Nicola Yvette Nairn sold 10 Orchid Close, Douglas, for £355,000 to Graham Colin Bates and Samantha Clare Cringle, of 12 Cronk y Berry Beg, Douglas.

Mary Noreen Leah sold Mulroy, Beach Road, Port St Mary, for £310,000 to Derek Malcolm Booth and Helen Gillian Booth, of 3 Close Corneil, Port Erin.
