POPULAR blues slide guitarist Kevin Brown is to make a welcome return with a gig at The Cornerhouse, Douglas.
The singer-songwriter from Preston gave a highly acclaimed performance at the Bushy's Big Wheel Blues Festival this year.
He is classed as a leading light in the world of slide guitar and has eight solo albums to his credit, plus countless international live performances at everywhere from the main stage at Glastonbury to the beer joints of Texas, where he once lived.
In the late 60s, Kevin was introduced to Son House and spent some time learning from the great bluesman himself.
Kevin Brown will be playing live at The Cornerhouse on Thursday, September 28. He will be supported by local blues performer Davy Knowles.
