Open evening seminars that ‘could change your whole quality of life’ are being held for residents suffering from pain.

They are aimed at people with pain from conditions including arthritis, poor blood circulation, whiplash injuries, lymph flow problems and sleepless nights and will look at alternative therapy.

The first event took at Castletown Civic Centre yesterday, but continue at St Andrew’s United Reformed Church, in Douglas, tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7pm, and at Ramsey Freemasons Hall on Friday, also at 7pm.

Admission is free but booking is recommended as seats are limited. To book, call 431353.

A collection taken at the events will be made to island charity Manxaid.
