Kim and Hazel had dropped the cake into Hospice to celebrate 10 years of holding afternoon tea raising funds for the charity.
It has been calculated they have donated over £3,000 in total to Hospice.
These cream teas were held in memory of Hazel’s husband and Kim’s father, Roy Griffin. Both women also work at one of the Hospice shops on the same day every week and have been doing so for more than eight years.
Mary thanked the ladies for all their baking and hard work for Hospice adding: ‘Having tasted the fabulous chocolate cake Kim made, I can’t wait for next year’s event.’
