Tickets are on sale for the annual Burns Supper, taking place at the Palace Hotel, Douglas, on January 25,
The celebration of Scotland’s Bard, organised by St Andrew’s Church Social Committee, will see Grant Cook, from Edinburgh propose the immortal memory to Robert Burns.
The Rev Ian Prentice will address the haggis and Geoffrey Karran will act as toastmaster.
John Shakespeare will be the piper while the entertainer is violinist Brian Myers.
Doors open at 7pm for a 7.20pm start.
