Cronk-y-Voddy Ploughing Society has held its 23rd Produce Show and Big Spud Weigh-In at Ballakaighen.
The show proved a success with the spud competition alone attracting 71 entries.
Biggest spud of the show was won by David Faragher with his potato weighing in at a whopping 25lbs.
Cup winners on the day included Michael Garrett who won the prize for the best flowers with his gladioli.
Dorothy Faragher was the winner in the best vegetables section while Cath Harvey topped the confectionery section with her chocolate cake.
Winner in the best preserves category was Audrey Corrin with her jelly.
The photography award was won by Christopher Ford.
The Chris Parks Memorial Cup for best Manx craft prize went to Kenneth Kewley.
In the children’s section Graih Sloane won the best decorated fancy cakes.
Marion Caine, from the Ploughing Society said: ‘It all went really well.
