CHRISTIAN Aid will be holding a presentation on Friday evening (October 19) describing the charity’s work in some of the world’s poorest countries.
Entitled ‘Once and for All’, the presentation aims to gather support for the vision that the worst extremes of global poverty really can be eradicated within a generation – once and for all. This will be achieved through images, songs and stories by the charity’s Linda Tiongco and Dave Hardman, a talented singer and guitarist who has helped to produce the show, which is being shown at many places across the UK as well as the island.
The event will take place at Braddan church hall at 7.30pm.
