Government wins tuition fees vote in Tynwald

TYNWALD tonight (Wednesday) voted to make all students pay towards their tuition fees.

The government, which made the proposal, won the vote.

Fifteen MHKs voted in favour, eight voted against.

Seven MLCs voted in favour, two voted against.
