Inquests into the deaths of two women will be opened tomorrow.

At 3pm, the inquest will be opened into the death of Cheryl Eves, who was 46 years old and lived in Braddan.

Her body was found in a house in Strang Close last month.

Quarter of an hour later, the inquest into the death of Gwen Valentine will be opened.

Ms Valentine, who lived in Winchester, Hampshire, died after being hit by a car on the Tholt-y-Will road.

The opening of an inquest is often brief. It is usually adjourned and re-opened some time later to hear the evidence.
