John Alexander Wilson and Moya Therese Wilson, both of Camelot, 9 Hillberry Green, Douglas, bought Kempis, Orrisdale Road, Ballasalla, for £750,000.

It was bought from Ernestine Naughton by personal representatives, James Charles Travers, of 8 Finch Road, Douglas, as personal representative, and George Ramsey Martin Moore, of 5 The Castleward Green, Douglas, as personal representative.

Other recent transactions lodged at the General Registry in Douglas are as follows:

Heather Eva Robinson, by receiver, and Paul Hylton Robinson, of Ballamenagh Mooar Farm, Ballmenagh Road, Baldrine, as receiver, sold Ballamenagh Mooar, Lonan, for £600,000, to Nathan David Cafearo and Brooke Jane Cafearo, both of Ballamenagh Mooar.

Stephen Anthony McGee and Kathleen Maria McGee sold 18 Tromode Heights, Douglas, for £485,000, to Martin William Jones and Barbara Alexandra Jones, both of Engadine, Little Switzerland, Douglas.

Audrey Davidson sold Arakadia, Alexander Drive, Douglas, for £470,000, to Michael Vincent Crellin and Alison Helen Crellin, both of 4 Hutchinson Villas, Douglas.

Charles Herbert Wallis, by personal representative, and Michael Frank Gordon Crowe, as personal representative, sold two plots of land, part of Croit-e-Callow Estate, Lonan, for £10,000, to Anthony Edward Mellor and Jennifer Ann Mellor, of 136 Woodbourne Road, Douglas.

Department of Infrastructure, whose registered office is situated at the Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, sold The Depot, The Eairy, Foxdale, for £7,290, to JC Properties Limited, of Kenna Estate, Kenna Road, St John’s.
