IT provider TechCentre and fiduciary service provider Jeffcote Donnison (Overseas) present sponsorship cheques for £500 to Mark Cooper after he completed the Microgaming Isle of Man Triathlon.
Mark took part to raise money and awareness for Remember Me, a relatively new Manx charity that grants wishes for island families where a child or children have a sick or terminally ill parent.
He posted a respectable time of two hours and 49 minutes.
So far Mark has managed to raise more than £9,500 for the charity.
The managing director of TechCentre, David Keating, said: ‘What Mark has achieved is fantastic and in doing so he has raised a tremendous amount of money.
‘I speak for both TechCentre and Jeffcote Donnison when saying that we were only too happy to support such a worthy cause.’
Mark said he would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who has supported him and donated so generously. To find out more about Remember Me, visit their Facebook page Remember Me Isle of Man or www.wishuponadream.co.uk.
