Motorists urged to avoid New Castletown Road at Santon

MOTORISTS are being asked by the police to avoid New Castletown Road, Santon, following a crash.

A notice on the constabulary’s Facebook page states: Police are currently dealing with a RTC (road traffic collision) on Main Road, Santon near to the Santon Motel.

‘Whilst the road is not fully blocked, there is traffic congestion.

‘Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible to assist emergency services deal with the incident promptly.’

No other details have been released about the collision.
