POLICE are investigating an act of criminal damage that occurred in the area of Mona Street, Peel, between 7.30pm on Friday and 12pm on Saturday (May 25-26).
Officers are appealing for witnesses to the damage caused to the Maroon coloured Renault Scenic, five door, people carrier-style car.
The front nearside wing mirror was damaged, and the wing mirror had been broken off and left hanging by its wires.
A commotion was heard in the street at around 1.10am on May 26. and officers would like to speak to people in the area at this time.
Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious during this period or witnessed the damage being inflicted is asked to contact PC David Hall at Peel Police Station on 842208.
