Police probe ‘mindless act of vandalism’ in north

A wing mirror was ripped off a Ford Mondeo parked in Ramsey in what police describe as a ‘mindless act of vandalism’.

It happened between 9pm yesterday (Saturday) and 9.15am today while the silver car was parked in Stanley Mount East.

Police constable Kathryn Giles said: ‘The perpetrator probably does not know how much cost and inconvenience is caused to the victim as a result of their behaviour.

‘We will deal with any offenders robustly.’
