A Select Committee of Tynwald which is reviewing the island’s domestic rating system is to hear more evidence next week.
On Monday, June 9, unsuccessful Keys candidate David Buttery, whose petition for redress of grievance triggered the inquiry, will give evidence at 3pm.
Later Clive McGreal and Andrew Wallis of the Treasury will speak.
On Friday, June 27, David Talbot, the vice chair of the Municipal Association, will give evidence, followed by Richard Ronan MHK and Kevin Gillespie, representatives of the Department of Infrastructure with responsibility for local government.
The evidence will be taken in public in the Legislative Council Chamber.
The committee consists of Alfred Cannan MHK, Brenda Cannell MHK and Chris Thomas MHK.
