Unknown cause of fire
FIRE crews were called to a blaze at a house in Anagh Coar, Douglas, this afternoon.
There was a ‘fully developed’ fire in an upstairs mid-terrace property.
Fire crews attacked the fire from both the front and the rear of the premises, using two high pressure hose reels to extinguish the fire.
It took about 15 minutes to bring the blaze under control.
Crews remained in attendance for a couple of hours to ensure the property was safe and assist with fire investigation to determine the cause of the fire which is unknown at this time.
