Vandals damage 50 cars

AT least 50 cars were vandalised in the south of the island last night.

Two corrosive liquids were sprayed on them from what police believe was a moving vehicle.

A police spokesman said: ‘Both liquids have caused extensive damage to the paintwork of the vehicles. Please ensure caution is used if removing liquids from vehicles and preferably contact the police for advice before doing so.’
