Weather causes problems on the roads

THE weather is causing problems for motorists today.

The Tholt-y-Will road is closed too.

Meanwhile, the Round Table road up to the junction with the Ballamodha road is also closed due to ice.

Cooil Road is closed from its junction with Isle of Man Business Park roundabout to Cooil Methodist Church crossroads due to flooding. As a result buses on Braddan routes 4 and 4A are being diverted from Cooil Road via 4WD Centre, Business Park, Vicarage Road, Union Mills, Glen Vine and Glen Darragh Road to the Braaid and vica versa until further notice.

There is lots of standing water on the Ballamodha straight and police are asking drivers to take extra care.
