POLICE have issued an update on the story about a man who approached youths in Ramsey yesterday.
As we reported yesterday, the man approached the youths and offered them his telephone number.
A police spokesman said: ‘Enquires have been made and police are satisfied this was an innocent matter with no sinister overtones.
‘Police thank the public for their co-operation.’
