In accordance with the aforementioned Orders and Regulations, the applicant, or his agent, for the above applications has been provided with a laminated Site Notice. This Notice must be affixed firmly to a building or structure or post on the land, the subject of the application, sited and displayed in such a way to be easily visible by members of the public for a period of not less than 21 days. The Applicant or their Agent has already been issued with the said Notice for placement.
The applications are available for inspection at the Planning Office or at the appropriate Local Authority. Alternatively applications can be viewed online, should you wish to do so, as soon as is possible after publication of this list by visiting https://www.gov.im/planningapplication/services/planning/search.iom.
Comment may also be made online by registering with the Isle of Man Government’s online services https://www.gov.im/onlineservices/.
Any persons wishing to make written representations to the Department in respect of these applications must ensure that such comment reaches the undersigned by close of business 3rd May 2012.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SCRUTINY BY THE APPLICANT AND GENERAL PUBLIC AND WILL FORM PART OF ANY PROCEEDINGS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION.
Persons submitting written views should, where appropriate:-
• clearly indicate the relationship between their land or buildings and the land that is the subject of the application; and
• give details of their interest in the subject matter of the application.

PUBLIC MEETINGS OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE
The next public meeting of the Planning Committee is to be held at 10.00am on 16th April 2012, at the Ground Floor Meeting Room, Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas, Isle of Man.
Copies of the agenda for the meeting will be available to the public at the Department reception on the Monday prior to the meeting. They will also be circulated to Local Authorities and can be printed from the Department’s website http://www.gov.im/transport/planning/meetings.xml.
The agenda is produced in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005 and the Standing Orders of the Planning Committee, Government Circular No 33/10, both documents also available from the website.
Members of the public and applicants who attend the meeting of the Committee are reminded that they will not be able to address the Committee. All representations in respect of an item on the agenda must be submitted in writing and in good time prior to the meeting.
