Cronk-y-Berry School children had the chance to play traditional percussion and tuned instruments from Indonesia thanks to touring musician Andy Warn.

The hands-on workshop on Tuesday featured a gamelan (which means hammered), a traditional Indonesian percussion ensemble consisting of tuned giant gongs and metallophones, often used to accompany dance and shadow puppet theatre. Mr Warn is pictured helping pupil Jake Broadhead test out one of the instruments. MP130430 (17)
