ISLE of Man Newspapers is looking for photos and film footage of readers waving their Manx flags around the world.

At the top of the Eiffel Tower, on the Great Wall of China – wherever your holiday or business travel takes you.

We have already received some great entries from as far afield as New Zealand and New Orleans.

We are using all the footage sent in to create a film which will be shown at the Isle of Man Newspapers Awards for Excellence, being held on November 17 at the Villa Marina.

The best photo or footage will win two tickets to this glittering event, which this year is compèred by comedian, actor and satirist Marcus Brigstocke.

The Isle of Man Newspapers Awards for Excellence celebrate success in all walks of island life.

There are 16 award categories, covering companies of all sizes, public sector organisations, charities and individuals.

Details can be found at www.iomtoday.co.im or entry forms are available at Isle of Man Newspapers’ reception desk.

Entries close on September 19.

For further details about sending in your film and photos please email Paul Moulton, who is organising the film coverage of the event, at paul@manx1.com
