CORINTHIANS came out on top in a thrilling final of the Sure Mobile Women's Floodlit Cup at the National Sports Centre on Sunday.
The Whites twice came from behind to edge rivals Douglas Royal to claim the silverware.

Rebecca Cole gave Royal an early lead before Jade Burden equalised, only for Donna Shimmin to regain the lead for the holders.

A spectacular second-half strike from captain Sarah O'Reilly forced extra time and, with penalties looming, Burden produced a stunning goal late on to secure to trophy for the Whites.

Today's Vote

Civil servants are to get a lump sum payment of £200 after a union successfully took this year's pay freeze to arbitration. But government claims it could cause job losses. Is it the right decision?
Yes. It is only fair and the £450,000 cost is not that significant.
No. There are plenty of other things that money could go to and what about those with pay freezes in the private sector.
Don't know. It's only fair if you're not one of those who loses their job as a result.
