PETER Kaneen romped to his first Parish Walk victory in fine style in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The Great Britain international fended off a determined challenge from last year's winner Robbie Callister and he cruised home in the second fastest time in the history of the gruelling 85-mile event - 15 hours 26 mins 07 seconds.

There were 64 finishers - a record and well over 900 set out on the event.
