Standard Bank Premiership leaders Cronkbourne won the President’s Day Twenty20 final at Tromode on Sunday.
Max Stokoe’s charges triumphed over Ramsey in the semi-finals setting up a final showdown with league rivals Peel and St John’s who had beaten Crosby.
In the final, the Cronkbourne bowling attack were in ruthless form and the westerners were dismissed for just 66. Ally Slack claimed three wickets while Sam Kebbell, Alex and Max Stokoe each took two.
Cronkbourne raced to their target in nine overs thanks mainly to 37 not out from David Smith.
