Ellan Vannin will face Northern Irish semi-pro side Cliftonville in a friendly on Saturday, July 23 at the Solitude Stadium in Belfast.
Named the Celtic Challenge Cup, Cliftonville are using the game as a warm-up for their Europa League matches, therefore it should prove to be a very stern test for Ellan Vannin.
It is hoped that supporters from the Island will travel to the match and details of travel and accommodation packages will be released shortly.
It is also intended to use this match to provide networking opportunities for local businesses.
Confirming the fixture, Cliftonville chairman Gerard Lawlor said: ‘We are very happy to have reached an agreement to bring the Ellan Vannin national team to Solitude and look forward to what promises to be an interesting and entertaining encounter.
‘Our club has a long history of facing Isle of Man representative sides down through the years, but we’re especially pleased to have arranged our first ever meeting with the Manx national side.’
