St George’s and St Mary’s through to Easter Monday’s Paddy Power FA Cup final

ST Mary’s booked their place in the final of the Paddy Power FA Cup this afternoon with a 4-0 win over Laxey at the Bowl.

Second-half goals from Brian Crellin, Tom Weir and two from the prolific Steven Priestnal means the Saints will now meet St George’s in Easter Monday’s final.

The latter beat Peel 1-3 on Friday evening at St John’s. Frank Jones, Calum Morrissey and Sean Quaye were on target for the Grand Slam-chasing Geordies who had to battle hard against a spirited Peel who pushed their opponents all the way, netting through Andy Quirk.
