Paragon Valkyrs A will be aiming to make it two wins from two when they meet Celton Manx Celts at QEII on Saturday afternoon.

Greg Miller’s Valkyrs side claimed a narrow victory over Vikings last weekend and will be looking for a more clinical performance this time around as they will know anything other than a victory will dent their title aspirations.

Celts secured an impressive victory over IOMA Group Bacchas B and will be hoping to cause an upset here although Paul Kelly’s Celts side will need to be on top form if that is to happen.

Wi-Manx Mixed Division One

Two youth teams go head-to-head when IOMA Group Bacchas Colts meet Celton Manx Cushags Colts in the late fixture at Castle Rushen.

Bacchas will be keen for a change in fortunes following their 11-1 defeat to Valkyrs in their last match and may find this game a more even contest.

Jon Allen’s Cushags side will feel they were unlucky not to claim a share of the points from their match with Vikings and if they are able to produce a similar performance this week they could claim their first points of the season.

Wi-Manx Mixed Division Two

Two sides looking to claim their first points of the season meet at QEII when Manx Telecom Vikings D face IOMA Group Bacchas D.

Arron Hannah’s Bacchas will be looking to avoid a third straight defeat and his team will need to improve in front of goal if they are to emerge victorious from this tie.

Iain Thomas’s Vikings will also be determined to get points on the board from this match and if they play to the best of their abilities they could claim victory.

Wi-Manx Under-16s league

Defending champions Manx Telecom Vikings prepare to meet IOMA Group Bacchas in the early fixture at the NSC on Saturday.

Vikings suffered a narrow defeat at the hands of Rogues last weekend and will be keen to make amends here.

They will need to be on top form though to defeat a Bacchas side who will be buoyed by an impressive 5-0 victory over Harlequins in their last match. This promises to be a close game which could go either way.
