Round three of the Microgaming Isle of Man Cross-Country League takes place on Sunday afternoon at Crossags Farm in Ramsey.
The event is organised by Northern AC and racing gets under way at 2pm.
Please note that no parking is available at the venue other than for race officials – please park at Ramsey Grammar School on Lezayre Road and walk up Crossags Lane. This leads across the golf course and up to the Crossags pavilion.
The timetable of events is as follows: 12.45pm to 2pm - registration for all competitors; 2pm - under-nine boys and girls (two small laps - 860 metres), 2.10pm - U11 boys/girls (three small laps - 1,290m); 2.25pm - U13 boys/girls, Short Course (one small lap and one large lap - 2,600m); 2.35pm - U15 boys/girls, U17 women, U20 women - (two large laps - 4,660m); U17 men, U20 men, senior and veteran women (three large laps – 6,990m), senior and veteran men (four large laps – 9,320m).
Entry fees are £4 for under-18s, £5 for competitors aged 18 and over who are paid up members of an athletics club, and £7 for unattached competitors aged 18 and over.
Those who have competed in a previous round are asked to wear the same number. New competitors for this winter season must complete an entry form, available either from the website or at the event.

Saturday, Dec 13 - Aston International Winter Hill Running League (last of three rounds), Manx Fell Runners - Patrick Road, Slieau Whallian. 12.30 sign on for 1.30 start.
Sunday, Dec 14 - Up & Running Winter League Walk (round three of five), St John’s/Ballacraine/Hope, Manx Harriers. Sign on St John’s football clubhouse 9.15am for 10am start.
