Ramsey face Dukinfield at Mooragh Park on Saturday knowing that anything less than a win will probably result in relegation from South
Lancashire and Cheshire Division Two.
The Manx side currently sit in the relegation zone six points adrift of their visitors.
This week they must close the gap.
Dukinfield will, however, be looking to this game to make themselves safe and an epic battle is likely to ensue.
Ramsey lost heavily away at leaders Liverpool Collegiate last Saturday and will want to put that game firmly behind them.
There are no reported injury worries in the camp and with news that Rory Nicholson is fit again after a four-month absence, coach Billy Kneale will be looking to select his strongest line up.
Nick McCudden has been going well at stand-off and may get a further chance to make the number 10 shirt his own.
The versatile Dan Bonwick played on the flank last Saturday but is likely to return to his better role at either scrum-half or centre.
Mikey Craine and Andy Cleator both impressed for the second team last week and could well return to the first-team squad.
Dukinfield, like Ramsey, have won only once on the road this season so the northerners will see this as a big opportunity for them to secure a win and perhaps even a bonus point too.
Whatever happens though it should be close.
The remaining fixtures for both sides are:
