ISDE podium for Danny and Rocky
Manx duo help claim silver for GB in Germany
DANNY McCanney and Alex Rockwell finished on the podium for the second year in succession at the International Six Days Enduro.
After finishing third in the Juinior Trophy contest last year in Finland, the Manx pair were the leading two British members of the four-man team that finished in the silver-medal runner-up position in Germany when the 2012 event drew to a close on Saturday.
The GB quartet briefly led for a couple of days when early leaders Italy dropped a couple of riders, while the strong France team took over to win by more than two minutes.
Jamie McCanney was a member of the six-man GB team that finished eighth in the Trophy contest.
The Southern MCC line-up of Mike Turner, Robbie Turner and Robert Quayle were 41st in the Club Team contest.
