An evening with two superstars of rugby is being organised in aid of Wooden Spoon, the children’s charity affiliated to the sport.

Kyran Bracken MBE, a member of England’s 2003 World Cup winning squad and winner of 51 caps, will appear alongside Welsh international Gareth Thomas (100 caps) at a function to be held at the Palace Hotel on Friday, January 23.

Master of ceremonies will be Ray French MBE, the former St Helens and England Rugby League player and BBC commentator.
