Both squads are full of key individuals and if they all play to their expected level then the result could go either way.
After dropping a shock point last week, Phoenix need to get back on the winning trail if they are to be taken as serious contenders for the title.
This weekend's opponents Harlequins have not got off to their usual start. This could well be the fixture in which they kick-start their campaign and snuff out the Phoenix title challenge so early in the season.
Castletown have hit the ground running, claiming a good haul of points from the opening fixtures, but with a number of key players injured, could struggle against a strong Ramsey team.
The northern side will hope that the scoring partnership of Keith Corkhill and Dan Stevenson has lost none of its edge and will help steer them to victory in what could be a close match.
