Sure-sponsored Vagabonds will look to continue their great start to the season this weekend with an away trip to the unknown newly-promoted Buxton.

The Manx outfit will be buoyed by the great result of Ramsey who won there recently and will look to continue the trend of island victories. The pack who played so well in the victory away to Oldershaw will all be hoping to retain their places.

However, the impressive form of man-mountain Liam Kinley from the bench will be giving selection headaches this week. The only switch in the backline is a positional one that sees Sam Brennan’s moving into the centre following his impressive form there in the last outing, with Sam Liver moving out one to the wing respectively.

Mark McGreal will have a fitness test during Thursday’s session to see if the hamstring injury sustained has recovered. Luckily for him, this is not a cardiovascular-based fitness test or he would no doubt be destined to fail it!

Vagabonds should target this game and be heading over in great spirits. Hopefully they can return on Saturday evening with four points firmly in the bag.
