CAL Crutchlow and Jonathan Rea go head-to-head for rival manufacturers in this Sunday’s San Marino GP.
Crutchlow, who was cycle training with Mark Cavendish last week, will be bidding for back-to-back podiums on the Tech 3 Monster Yamaha, while Rea will make his MotoGP debut on the factory HRC Honda as stand-in for the injured Casey Stoner.
The young Ulsterman lost ground in the Superbike World Championship last weekend at Nurburgring in Germany, where he came away with a single fourth place. Two rounds of that series remain.
