GARRETT’s Gallery in Braddan marked its first year of existence last week with the opening of a summer exhibition that will run until June 30.
The gallery specialises in original modern and contemporary art from the Isle of Man, and the exhibition features more than 50 works of art from more than 25 artists, on various themes using different mediums.
Organiser Karl Garrett said: ‘Garretts Gallery has been open since April 2011 and we thought it would be a good way to celebrate our first anniversary by having a Summer Exhibition – it’s a great opportunity for Artists to show-case their work. There’s going to be something for everyone, no matter their taste.’
The gallery is open on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am to 6pm, and is in Kirby Farm Industrial Estate, Vicarage Road, Braddan (opposite the Kirby Garden Centre).
